These conditions apply to sales of soap bars or other products by ishiberuto.com to private individuals. In these Terms, "ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS" means ISHI BERUTO UG (haftungsbeschränkt), trading as ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS, "you" and “your” means you, the individual who is ordering the Products, the "Products" means the ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS products which may be ordered on the www.ishiberuto.com website. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. Payment and Prices

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). Prices include German VAT at 19 %. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. www.ishiberuto.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS does not keep its customers' payment card details.

Exchanges and returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email to sales@ishiberuto.com with any concerns about your purchase.

Violation of rules

ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by German law and you agree that the German courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Germany and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
