Delivery Times

Orders are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed. Delivery takes 2-8 days after the shipping confirmation has been sent. Delivery time depends on your location:

Germany: 2-3 days

Europe: 4-5 days

International: 6-8 days

FREE shipping on orders over 50€

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately. If you purchased your item at a store or online store other than www.ishiberuto.com, please understand that each store has its own return policy.

Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, ISHI BERUTO STUDIOS will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
